Larry’s Junk Removal & Property Clean Up provides residential and commercial junk hauling, property cleanouts, trash outs, scrap metal removal, and appliance recycling services.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All online or over-text quotes are estimated ranges based on the visual or written information you provide.
Final, binding pricing is determined on-site by Larry or our crew after evaluating the exact volume, weight, and nature of the items.
For our budget-friendly Curbside Pickup rate, items must be placed safely by the curb, driveway, or accessible alleyway prior to our arrival.
3. Customer Obligations & Property Access
By scheduling a service, you warrant that you either own the property or have explicit legal authority from the property owner to authorize the removal of the items. You must provide a safe path of access for our crew. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or violate local environmental regulations.
4. Prohibited Items
We do not haul hazardous waste, including but not limited to: chemicals, asbestos, wet paint, biological waste, motor oils, or explosive materials.
